How it Started:

Our brand & our vision is a very unique one.

In 2019, the day that we got married my wife, Elise, fell sick to a chronic degenerative illness. 

A constant decline in her health spiraled both of us into deep and severe challenges with mental health illness. It felt completely dark, hopeless and it felt like the world was on top of us. Quite frankly, life simply felt impossible. 

Years of medical procedures, treatments and therapy weren't doing much to change or help Elise's condition and it seemed she kept declining and so was our mental wellbeing. 

Faith was essential -- crucial to our survival. It's taken an unspeakable amount of work to find joy, peace and happiness in the constant daily pain and severe health challenges. But even in our toughest challenges we have found purpose, fulfillment, joy and love. 

Our life experience has instilled a great passion and dream in us to help others even if, just one more person, to come out of that dreadful and seemingly impossible darkness. 

We now live in a world where anxiety and depression are prevalent in our society. And an increasingly ever-growing need for peace, love, joy connection and fulfillment is not being met. 

We want to do our part. Especially as individuals who have experienced massive mental health challenges, this is how we hope to change the world. 

There are far too many suffering and our wish is to alleviate some of that suffering. One of the most effective ways to combat these issues, that is most commonly taught in therapy, is connection and positive affirmations. 

With this in mind we have created jewelry pieces that are designed specifically to help those suffering to get anxiety relief, and to be reminded hope, their strength self-love and most importantly, that they are enough and worthy of love not matter their background and life circumstances. In doing so, we created a community and a means for connection.  

This is what sparked the “I'm Enough Movement". Our jewelry is so much more than just jewelry, it is a powerful tool that can help you even on your worst days, whether you gift yourself one of our products as an act of self love, or gift it to a loved one who you feel needs it, we hope our products will help even just one person change the way they see and love themselves in a positive way.

Our Vision:

Our vision is to empower and edify individuals as they navigate mental health challenges of every kind. We aim to instill a profound sense of hope and self-worth in everyone we touch. We want to be there for you during your anxious moments, whether it be during a presentation at work, a loved ones first day of school, being in large crowds, a plane ride or any event where you can use our fidget ring to help soothe your anxiety. There are often days where we struggle to recognize our self worth, it’s so easy to compare ourselves to others in a social media driven world. We strive to foster a community of support, positivity and change for all our customers who become a member of the "I'm Enough Movement."
